A common phrase in the nutrition world is “it depends,” and it really does. Two people could eat and move the same way and have completely different outcomes. I want to work with you to find a way of eating that supports you physically and emotionally. You are the expert on your body, and my goal is to provide the tools to empower you to create your own definition of health without feeling stuck in the cycle of dieting, food guilt, and body image frustration.
As a non-diet dietitian, I follow a Health at Every SizeĀ® (HAES) approach, meaning I do not judge your eating habits, I welcome bodies of all kinds, and I provide respectful and compassionate care.
